You must move your work to ONE DRIVE or it will be deleted.
Step 1: Get into OneDrive
Open ClassLink HERE.
Click the Office 365 icon.
Look for the OneDrive app (blue cloud icon).
Tip: If you don't see it, click the "Waffle" icon (9 dots) in the top-left corner to find it.
Once OneDrive is open, click + Add new -> Folder.
Name it: Backup 2026.
Click that new folder to open it so it's empty and ready.
Step 2: Upload Your Work
Move your browser window to the side so you can see your desktop.
Open Finder (the smiley face icon on your dock).
Go to your Documents, Downloads, or Desktop folders to find your work.
Select the files you want to save.
Shortcut: Hold Command while clicking to select multiple files at once.
Drag and Drop the files directly from the Finder window into the white space of your OneDrive browser window.
Alternative: If dragging is tricky, just click the Upload button in OneDrive -> Files, then pick what you want to save.
Step 3: The "Wait for It" Check
⚠️ Do not log-out yet!
Look at the top right of the web page. You will see a spinning icon or a message saying "Uploading items..."
You are NOT done until that message disappears and you see your files listed on the screen.
Once the list appears, you are safe to log out.
