The design style this year is called Magazine Modern. It's a clean minimalist design.
We have a Padlet inspiration board HERE. You are welcome to upload ideas here. (The password is alien99).
What can you work on now?
1) Cover ideas. Look at the Padlet HERE. Use the Photoshop Blank Template HERE.
2) Page ideas. Ask Mrs. Oakes for guidance to start. Read the Style Guide HERE.
3) Photography. Ask Mrs. Oakes to borrow the camera and come up with a shot list.

How to upload pics to Padlet:
Use this QR code or HERE (on your phone or computer).
Get the password from Mrs. Oakes
Tap the “+” button
Click the file icon and find your photo.
Type your name at the top.
Type a caption or #subjectofphoto.
Hit Publish/Post/Submit.
ATTENTION PHOTOGRAPHERS...
Only upload GOOD useable pics!!!!
- No blurry low quality pics
- No back of head pics. Get the faces!
- Get the light from windows BEHIND you (otherwise everyone will be a silhouette).
- Don't just shoot the whole room. Zoom into a small group of people.
- Write down who is in the pics and what they are doing. (At least write the name of the class and teacher!)

Select your photo(s)
Add a short description (event, names, etc.)
Hit Submit — That’s it!
