Invite Collaborators

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Project: Open your design in the Adobe Express editor.

2. Click Share: Click the Share button located in the top right menu bar.

3. Invite Collaborators: Select Invite Collaborators from the dropdown menu.

4. Enter Emails: Type in the school email addresses of the teammates you want to review the design.

5. Set Permissions (Crucial Step): Next to the email field, change the permission dropdown from "Can edit" to "Can comment". This is the key setting that allows teammates to view the project and leave notes, but strictly prevents them from moving or altering the design elements.

6. Send the Invite: Click Invite.
   
   

Alternative Link Sharing: If you prefer to share a link instead of sending direct email invites, you can click Copy Link in that same Share menu. Just remember to double-check that the link access setting is also changed to "Can comment" before sending it to your group.

How to Leave Feedback for Your Team

When you are reviewing a teammate's design, click the Comments icon (the little speech bubble in the top right corner). This opens a panel where you can type your feedback. 

Place a pin directly on specific parts of the design to show exactly what your comment is about.
